Pistolcraft: Close Range (2 Days)
$ 900.00
In this class, defending against a spontaneous attack at extremely close range is the focus. Think parking garage, parking lot, gas station, alleys, late/off shift employment, etc... Where this class differs from Pistolcraft I is that it focuses exclusively on techniques against attackers from contact distance to arm's reach at most. If this is something you want to improve and prepare for, then this class is for you. The class will also culminate in force on force exercises with scenario-based training. This class will benefit LE, military, and the concealed carrier alike.
If you have taken a pistol course with us before, this class is the perfect addition to your skill set. This course should not be your first class with us if you have not attended training with Valor Ridge due to the unique methodology.
To see Reid discuss this class, watch the video HERE.
We recommend that you take this class with everyday carry in mind. This means a concealable holster (appendix or hip) if concealed carry is your primary role or open carry on duty belt/holster if LE or military.
Modules covered in this class include:
--Contact distance shooting
--Techniques for creating space and distance from attackers
--Close range target discrimination
